We ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping is always free.
Delivery times
- Order processing: 1 to 3 business days
- Delivery: about 8 to 15 business days after processing
Our products ship from our partner warehouses overseas, which keeps prices low. Delivery times can be a little longer during the holidays.
Holiday orders
To receive your gift before December 25, we recommend ordering before December 5.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Customs and duties
Prices include any taxes shown at checkout. If your package is ever charged an unexpected customs fee, contact us and we will make it right.
Lost or late packages
If your order has not arrived 30 days after shipping, contact us and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
