30-day returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Changed your mind?

Contact us to start your return. Once we receive the item, we refund the product price. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Damaged or defective item?

If your item arrives damaged, broken or does not work, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short video. We will send a free replacement or a full refund. In most cases you do not need to send the item back.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and the reason for your return. We answer within 1 to 2 business days.
